If you are pregnant, have a chronic medical condition, or have any concerns about your health, consult a physician before using Rovexa or starting any new exercise program.

Rovexa is not medical advice

Rovexa is a fitness app. The AI coaches give you training guidance, nutrition suggestions, and recovery prompts based on general principles and the data you choose to share. They are not doctors, registered dietitians, physical therapists, or licensed mental-health professionals.

Nothing in the app is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Talk to a real professional

For medical concerns, consult a licensed physician. For clinical nutrition advice (managing a condition, eating disorders, food allergies), consult a registered dietitian. For mental-health concerns, consult a qualified therapist or call a crisis line in your country if you are in immediate danger.

Talk to a doctor before starting a new program

If you are new to exercise, returning after a long break, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any chronic condition (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, joint, respiratory, metabolic, or otherwise), see a doctor before you start a new training program.

Listen to your body

Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, sharp joint pain, or any other warning sign. The coach reads your data, but it cannot see what you feel. Your judgment about your own body is the final word.

Limitation of liability

You use Rovexa at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that arises from following AI recommendations or using the app. Always combine the coach's suggestions with your own judgment and, where needed, with advice from licensed professionals.
