This is a plain-language summary of how Rovexa handles your data. We aim to collect as little as we need, share none of it, and give you control over the rest.
Right now (waitlist): your email address and any optional details you share when you sign up.
When the app launches: account details (name, email, password hash), workout and meal logs, journal entries you write, wearable data you connect, and usage analytics. We will update this policy before any of that collection begins.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your journal entries or conversations with the coach to train AI models.
Service providers we need to run the product (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). These providers are bound by contract to handle your data only on our behalf. A list of subprocessors is available on request.
We will only share your data with law enforcement when legally required and will notify you when we are allowed to.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (typically billing records for up to 7 years).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your journal and coach conversations are encrypted with keys scoped to your account. No system is unbreakable, but we work to make ours hard to break.
Rovexa is for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your account email at least 30 days before they take effect.
