Terms of service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Rovexa. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the service only with verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly serve anyone under 13.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at aman@advomedia.ca.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Resell or relicense access without our written permission.
• Submit data that you do not have the right to submit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

Health and fitness

Rovexa provides fitness and training guidance, not medical advice. The AI coaches are not doctors, dietitians, or licensed therapists. Read our Health Disclaimer in full before relying on any recommendation.

Intellectual property

We own the Rovexa app, brand, and all the code that powers it. You own the data you put into it: your workouts, meals, journal entries, photos. Using Rovexa does not transfer rights in your data to us.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you select. We charge automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. See /pricing for current rates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rovexa is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close yours if you break these terms or if we end the service. On closure, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your account email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
